EY Australia seeks a Senior Consultant or Manager in Actuarial to provide advisory services to government and private clients in health, aged care, disability and human services. The role can be based in Canberra or Sydney, leading projects, building client relationships, and developing analytical methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related field; FIAA or progressing.
• 2–8 years in actuarial/data analytics roles.
• Experience with coding and AI/GenAI valued.

Responsibilities

• Forge strategic partnerships with clients across public and private sectors.
• Collaborate with strategy, transactions, tax, technology and risk teams.
• Engage in projects from system reforms to policy design and risk management.
• Develop actuarial models and interpret data to drive decisions.
