Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join the Actuarial Consulting team within Marsh Investments and Retirement. The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney and is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office each week.

You will support senior consultants across superannuation (defined benefit and defined contribution) and life insurance, developing data-driven insights, quantitative models and client-ready reports. You will be mentored by a buddy and your people manager.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students with a numerate degree and interest or experience in actuarial field.
• Good quantitative and analytical skills with ability to model data.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants across superannuation and life insurance projects.
• Engage in client-facing consulting, research, analysis and report writing.
• Build quantitative models to generate data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marsh's actuarial team to deliver client-focused outcomes.
