Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking a Senior Active Transport Integration Officer to help embed walking and cycling priorities into NSW transport projects. You will work across planning, policy, design and delivery teams, providing strategic input and close collaboration with government, councils and industry.

Qualifications

• Active transport planning, design or delivery knowledge across transport, infrastructure, engineering, urban planning, government or related sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
• Experience applying planning tools, standards or guidance for walking and cycling.

Responsibilities

• Enable active transport outcomes across transport planning, policy, design, development and infrastructure delivery.
• Support integration of walking and cycling priorities into transport projects with strategic advice and inputs.
• Lead and influence integrated active transport outcomes in a multi‑stakeholder environment and embed priorities into decision‑making.
• Collaborate with planning, development, policy and delivery teams to delivery meaningful projects that shape walking and cycling across NSW.
