Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage full AP and AR functions, perform reconciliations, assist with month-end close, and support BAS/GST compliance, while maintaining accurate ERP records and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as Senior Assistant Accountant or in a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Dynamics AX experience is highly regarded.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice processing and vendor relationships.
• Support accounts receivable activities including invoicing, collections, and credit notes.
• Process employee expenses and company credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records in the ERP and support process improvements.
• Assist with daily banking activities and cash management.
