You’ll work alongside leading SMSF specialists, attend strategic client meetings, and accelerate your development with hands-on mentoring, paving the way to a future Team Leader role within our SMSF division.

This opportunity emphasizes leadership and strategic advisory work over traditional compliance paths.

Formación

• Several years' experience in public practice accounting.
• Strong SMSF experience.
• Solid Australian tax knowledge.
• Experience reviewing accounting and compliance work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to advanced SMSF strategy, tax planning or advisory work.

Responsabilidades

• Review SMSF compliance work and provide technical guidance.
• Attend strategic client meetings from day one.
• Develop trusted adviser relationships with clients.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Progress into a Team Leader role.
