FemEdge Solutions is seeking an experienced SMSF professional to lead its SMSF division within an established accounting and advisory firm. The role combines client advisory, technical review and people leadership, with a clear pathway to Associate and Equity Partner.

You’ll own client relationships from day one, work with senior advisers and influence division operation while growing your own portfolio of trusted clients. Flexible work arrangements are offered.

• Significant hands-on SMSF experience and strong Australian taxation knowledge.
• Proven experience reviewing SMSF compliance work and identifying technical issues.
• Confident managing client relationships and leading client conversations.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or supervising team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement and follow through.
• Collaborative, approachable and open to continued learning.
• Exposure to SMSF strategies, contributions, pensions, estate planning or succession planning will be highly regarded.

Our client is an established Accounting and Advisory firm that is seeking an experienced SMSF professional to take on a key leadership role within its specialist SMSF division.

This opportunity combines client advisory work, technical review and people leadership, with a genuine pathway towards ownership for someone looking to build a long-term future with the firm.

The opportunity

Working directly with experienced SMSF Advisers and the leadership team, you'll take ownership of client relationships and team outcomes from day one. You'll have the opportunity to influence how the division operates while developing your own portfolio of trusted client relationships.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with business owners, professionals and high-net-worth clients
• Attend and lead strategic client meetings
• Review SMSF compliance and advisory work, providing technical guidance
• Mentor and develop team members
• Manage workflow, priorities and team performance
• Contribute to leadership decisions and business improvement initiatives
• Build towards Associate and Equity Partner, with progression earned through leadership, contribution and results

You're an experienced SMSF professional who can work independently, build client confidence and support a team to deliver quality work. You enjoy taking responsibility and want an opportunity to contribute to the future of a business.
