Job summary

Supervision Group, based in South Perth, is a specialist Accounting, SMSF and Advisory firm seeking a Senior Accountant ready for leadership and equity participation. You will mentor a team, own technical delivery and impact client outcomes as you progress beyond traditional senior accounting work.

You’ll work between the leadership team and accounting staff, develop client relationships, and contribute to advisory discussions while pursuing a future equity pathway and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience within public practice accounting.
• CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion).
• Strong taxation and business services experience.
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Desire to continue learning and growing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of quality business clients
• Review complex accounting and taxation work
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants
• Work closely with offshore team to improve capability and quality
• Build trusted client relationships
• Participate in advisory conversations and strategic planning
