Job summary

MW Recruitment partners with a Toowoomba firm seeking a Senior Accountant who will own a dynamic portfolio spanning business advisory, tax, financial reporting and cloud accounting. You’ll review statements, manage complex tax matters and deliver proactive advisory, while mentoring junior team members and serving as a trusted client contact.

You’ll have 3+ years in Australian public practice, CA/CPA completed or underway, and a client-facing, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Australian public practice.
• CA/CPA completed or underway.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalise financial statements and tax returns for multiple entity types.
• Manage complex tax matters including Div 7A, CGT, FBT and restructuring.
• Deliver proactive advisory that shapes client decisions, not just reporting.
