Job summary

MWM Advisory Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast seeks an Intermediate/Senior Accountant/Advisor to own a client portfolio across tax, financial statements and business planning. You will build lasting client relationships and work with an experienced leadership team to deliver high-quality advisory services.

You are commercially sharp, a strong communicator, and thrive in a collaborative environment with a culture that values flexibility, development, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in public practice.
• CA / CPA / IPA qualification (or actively working towards it).
• A client-first mindset with a knack for making people feel at ease.
• The drive to take initiative and solve problems autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of clients across tax compliance, financial statements, and business planning.
• Build genuine, long-term client relationships — not just transactional ones.
• Liaise with clients and external bodies with full support from an experienced senior leadership team.
• Contribute to a collaborative team that genuinely celebrates each other's wins.
