Responsibilities

• Preparing the financial statements and tax returns for the clients.
• Allocating jobs appropriately to the other team members.
• Supporting the team with their work, answering any queries they might have to ensure the jobs are on time.
• Managing client relationships.
• Reviewing work of the team.
• Supporting the Partner with practice management responsibilities. The more you can do on this as well as the accounting, the better it helps the Partner focus on growth.
