Job summary

Frog Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Accountant in Brisbane to lead the finance function within a growing community services organisation. You will provide hands-on financial leadership, oversee a small finance team and partner with the CEO on strategic decisions.

You will manage reporting, budgeting and forecasting, drive process improvements and build robust financial controls to support growth and service delivery for aged care, home care and NDIS programs.

Qualifications

• CPA-qualified accountant with strong financial reporting and management accounting experience.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing financial reporting, management accounting and compliance.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Leading and developing a small finance and billing team.
