Frog Recruitment is seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of the finance function, providing leadership to a small team and acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO. The role combines hands-on reporting with budgeting, planning and strategic insight to support growth.

You will lead the finance function, mentor staff, and drive process improvements across governance, controls and financial reporting for a growing community services organisation serving aged care, home care and NDIS clients.

Qualificações

• CPA-qualified accountant with experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or supervising junior team members.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across the business and drive process improvements.
• Experience in aged care, NDIS, community services or not-for-profit sector is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial reporting, management accounting and compliance.
• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Manage a small finance and billing team and mentor staff.
• Provide financial insights to influence strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems and strengthen controls.
• Support strategic projects and growth initiatives.
