Qualifications

• Must have Australian Public Practice accounting experience.
• 2–10 years' experience in a Senior Accountant role.
• Strong tax and business advisory knowledge.
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns for diverse entities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience using Xero, Xero Tax, Excel and cloud accounting solutions.
• CA/CPA/IPA membership or in progress is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tax, compliance and business advisory services for SME and individual clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns across entity structures.
• Support client development and identify opportunities to add value.
• Review BAS/FBT and other compliance obligations with team members.
• Engage with clients and build strong working relationships.
• Ensure engagements are completed within budget and time frames.
