Job summary

SW Accountants & Advisors is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our Business Services division in Sydney. You will manage a diverse portfolio of private and family groups, ensuring timely delivery of accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services.

You will mentor junior staff, review workpapers, and collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for value-add services while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Services environment within a Chartered/CPA practice.
• Degree qualified and near/fully qualified as CA/CPA.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, and BAS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer a portfolio of SW clients with ownership of allocated jobs.
• Review tax returns and financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Mentor and review work of junior team members; delegate where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for client advisory services and business growth.
