Job summary

Nexia Sydney is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join our growing Business Services team. You’ll work with Managers, Partners and clients to deliver accounting, tax and business advisory services while mentoring junior staff and expanding your leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and taxation requirements.
• Experience using APS, Xero and MYOB/cloud accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns and other compliance deliverables.
• Work closely with clients to provide accounting, taxation and business advisory solutions.
• Assist Managers and Partners in delivering high quality client outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Support, coach and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business Advisory team.

Nexia Sydney is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join our growing team.

Working closely with Managers, Partners and clients, you'll play a key role in delivering accounting, tax and business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, mentor junior team members and further develop your leadership capability, while being supported by a collaborative and high-performing team.

• CA or CPA qualified.

• Experience using APS, Xero, MYOB and other cloud-based accounting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach and genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
