The Andersen Partnership on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Senior Accountant who combines technical accounting excellence with a desire to mentor junior staff. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and Client Advisors, while enjoying a hybrid work arrangement and a modern office environment.

In this role you’ll manage client engagements, deliver quality work, and have room to progress to a Client Advisor role as you grow.

The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who is passionate about delivering quality work and supporting the growth of junior staff. This role blends hands-on technical accounting with mentoring opportunities and trusted client engagement.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team and Client Advisors, but you will have the autonomy to manage your own workflow and build trusted relationships. For the right person, there is significant room to grow within the business, though we respect those who are happy mastering their current role.
