Job summary

Lonsdale Accountants, based in Melbourne, is seeking a senior accountant to prepare financial statements, tax returns and other statutory filings. You will address complex tax issues and work closely with managers and partners to resolve client accounting matters, while developing relationships with clients and external parties.

The role involves supervising junior team members, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to ongoing professional development within a friendly, supportive boutique firm

Qualifications

• Completed or part completed CPA or CA Program.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Public Accountancy Practice.
• Proficiency in taxation and issues relating to CGT, FBT, Div 7A, and Payroll.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Xero Green & Blue Accounting & Tax software.
