The Senior Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant financial records, ensuring the integrity of the organisation's accounting data and supporting the timely preparation of month-end and year-end financial reporting. The role prepares and reviews balance sheet reconciliations, investigates and resolves discrepancies, monitors the quality and accuracy of financial transactions, and assists with the preparation of management reports, statutory reporting, and audit requirements. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving accounting processes, and providing reliable financial information to support informed decision‑making across the organisation.
