Job summary

Dentsu Creative ANZ in Sydney is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day liaison between clients, the agency, and partners, driving brand awareness, acquisition, retention and lifecycle campaigns across channels.

You will build relationships, connect national strategy with local culture, ensure seamless campaigns, and mentor junior staff while contributing to pitches and process improvements. Salary is AUD 90,000–95,000 per year, inclusive of super.

Qualifications

• Senior Account Manager or Account Manager ready to step up with experience in a creative/advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of integrated campaign delivery and production across multiple channels.
• Highly organised with excellent project management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Creatively minded with knowledge of effective communications and industry trends.
• Proactive, collaborative and commercially savvy with ability to identify opportunities that deliver client value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, integrated solutions that address client briefs and business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Collaborate across the dentsu network to drive client value, identify growth opportunities and deliver seamless outcomes.
• Provide clear and accurate communication to clients, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact and ensuring alignment throughout projects.
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to pitches, process improvements and new ways of working.
