Job summary

Herd MSL, part of Publicis Groupe ANZ, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead integrated communications for consumer brands. You will own client relationships, shape strategies that drive awareness, and bring them to life via media, creators and social-first thinking.

You’ll guide campaigns end-to-end, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior teammates while contributing to agency growth and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering at Senior Account Manager level within PR or communications.
• Strong background in consumer communications, earned media and brand-led campaigns.
• Extensive influencer experience including talent management and performance evaluation.
• Confidently manage stakeholders and provide client counsel.
• Deep knowledge of the Australian media landscape across lifestyle and entertainment.
• Proficient use of AI tools to support strategy, content and planning with ethics in mind.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client lead across key consumer accounts and own outcomes.
• Translate brand objectives into compelling communications ideas for consumers.
• Develop and deliver media, influencer and integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
• Drive delivery of media relations programs across lifestyle, entertainment and news.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business and thought leadership.
