Job summary

Active Kids Early Learning Centre in Hillcrest, QLD, is seeking a passionate Lead Educator/OSHC Lead or Diploma-qualified educator. You will contribute to a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment, with a strong focus on child safety, wellbeing and meaningful learning.

The role requires Diploma in ECEC and/or Crt 3, leadership qualities, and a commitment to professional growth. Join a supportive team that values your voice and provides opportunities for development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Crt 3 qualification is required.
• Diploma of school age education and care preferred.
• Strong leadership, initiative and passion for early years education.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality teaching and care with a child-first approach.
• Lead and mentor team members to deliver best-practice early learning experiences.
• Ensure compliance with EYLF, NQF and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with families to support children's wellbeing and development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership activities.
