Job summary

ARA Security, an Australian security integrator, is seeking a Security Technician to service major clients in Melbourne and surrounding areas. The role involves troubleshooting and servicing installed equipment at client sites, ensuring systems operate correctly, and completing tasks within set timeframes per WHS policies.

You will work under the Service Manager, applying knowledge of CCTV, IP networking, and security equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing security systems at client sites.
• Ability to meet service levels and deadlines.
• Strong fundamentals in electronics and security hardware.

Responsibilities

Due the continued growth and winning of new contracts we need an additional Security Technician toservice some of our Major and high-profile clients within Melbourne and Surrounding areas.

A Security Technician carries out troubleshooting and service of installed equipment at client sites to ensure systems are maintained in the correct working order. These tasks are assigned by the Service Manager/ Coordinator and must be completed in the required time frames, to the required standard and in a manner which complies with the WHS Policies of ARA Security.
