Two Ravens Solutions is seeking experienced and reliable security professionals to join our team across licensed venues throughout the Newcastle and Hunter Region. Regular Monday through Saturday shifts, including evenings and weekends, offer opportunities to work across various venues and events.

We value effective communication, de-escalation, and professional representation. Supervisors and senior security personnel are encouraged to apply for leadership roles within busy venues.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Security Licence.
• Current RSA competency.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong situational awareness and conflict-resolution skills.
• Availability for evening and weekend work.
• Previous experience in licensed venues, hospitality, events or crowd control is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a professional and visible security presence.
• Patrolling and monitoring licensed premises.
• Identifying and responding to security, safety and RSA-related issues.
• Managing venue entry, patron behaviour and crowd movements.
• Enforcing venue policies and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.
• Using communication and de-escalation techniques to resolve incidents safely.
• Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Liaising with venue management, clients, emergency services and other stakeholders.
• Completing accurate incident reports, security logs and shift documentation.
• Supporting a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and venue staff.
• Supervisors: leading security teams, allocating positions, conducting briefings and maintaining operational standards throughout the shift.
