Job summary

Zepto is building Australia’s real-time payments infrastructure with a remote-first culture and national footprint. We seek a Security Operations Analyst to own vulnerability management, help integrate AI tools, and automate security controls across corporate systems.

You will analyze logs, support IAM and device management, and participate in on-call rotations while collaborating with a scale-up team committed to strong security foundations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Security Analyst or Security Operations role in a scaling business
• AI fluency, including coding agents
• Understanding of vulnerability management
• Identity and Access Management principles
• Experience analysing logs
• Familiar with security tools like Datadog, Jamf, CrowdStrike, Okta
• Experience automating processes and scripting
• Knowledge of MITRE framework

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the vulnerability management program for corporate infrastructure
• Support the integration of AI tools across the corporate infrastructure
• Identify, document and automate corporate security controls and processes
• Support the automation of Identity, Access and Device management from onboarding to offboarding
• Contribute to the lifecycle of security events and incident response (triage, investigation, remediation)
• Participate in Zepto’s on-call rotation
