Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Previous security experience, preferably in access control or guardhouse operations.
• Must have a valid Security Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services in line with site SOPs and customer requirements to protect people, property and assets.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access, verify identification and manage visitor, contractor and delivery movements.
• Operate gates and barriers, maintain accurate logs and conduct authorised inspections where required.
• Deliver professional customer service, demonstrating Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
• Monitor available security systems, manage traffic flow and respond to incidents in line with site procedures.
• Report security concerns, equipment faults and safety hazards, maintaining accurate records.
