Responsibilities

• Provide security services in line with site SOPs to protect people, property and assets.
• Greet visitors, verify appointments, issue visitor badges and maintain records.
• Operate Visitor Management System and manage calls, emails, and enquiries.
• Manage access badges, keys and approvals, ensuring screening procedures are followed.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled patrols and security spot checks.
• Monitor CCTV and access-control, respond to incidents per site procedures.
• Complete incident reports and shift handovers with accurate records.
