Job summary

Constant Security Services Pty Ltd seeks a Security Officer for a permanent full-time / casual role at a high-profile Disney site in Moore Park, Sydney. The role involves long patrols, site coverage, and a rotating 24/7 roster with 8-hour shifts on weekdays and 12-hour shifts on weekends.

The position offers an above-award flat hourly rate under an EBA, with secure hours and on-site parking. NSW Licences, first aid, and a valid NSW driver licence are required.

• Current First Aid & CPR (nationally accredited).
• Full NSW Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and extended patrols across the site.
• Monitor and operate CCTV and access control systems.
• Manage gatehouse operations and site entry points.
• Provide traffic and crowd management where required.
• Perform routine building and security inspections.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service to all visitors and stakeholders.

CONSTANT is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time / casual basis at a high-profile The Walt Disney Company site in Moore Park - Sydney

This is a unique opportunity to work at a globally recognised brand location, within a structured and well-managed environment.

About the Role

This position involves long foot / mobile patrols and active site coverage, so a good level of physical fitness and resilience is important. You’ll be working across an evening & night shift roster, including d nights and weekends with 8 hours long shifts during the week and 12 hrs during the weekend.

Please note: This site operates under an EBA flat pay structure (Payrate: Normal $35.85 & Public Holiday $74.33) on perm basis, meaning no additional weekend or night shift penalties apply. The hourly rate is adjusted to reflect this arrangement accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
