Job summary

Constant Security Services Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Security Officers to join the team at Luna Park, Sydney, on a casual basis. The role focuses on safety and security for staff and the public at one of Sydney's high-profile venues.

Responsibilities include hourly patrols, crowd control, incident response, and medical assistance as required. The team supports RSA compliance and thorough incident reporting, with availability across days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• NSW Security Licence (Class 1A).
• Current NSW First Aid & CPR.
• NSW RSA certification.
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly patrols of Luna Park to assist customers and maintain safety.
• Ensure crowd control measures are in place as required.
• Respond to incidents to safeguard staff and the public.
• Proactively monitor and identify individuals under influence per RSA guidelines.
• Respond to and investigate alarms.
• Provide CPR and medical assistance when needed.
• Assist with traffic management and vehicle escorting.
• Complete accurate incident reports.

Job description

CONSTANT isactively seeking experienced Security Officers to join the team to work at Luna Park, Sydney on a casual basis. This role will beensuring the safety and security of the staff and public at one of Sydney's most high-profile venues.

Responsibilities

• Conducting hourly patrols of the venue providing support to customers where required, ensuring excellent customer service

• Ensuring crowd control measures are in place as and when required

• Responding to incidents, ensuring the safety of the staff and public

• Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol and drugs, ensuring RSA legislation and guidelines are upheld.

• Responding to and investigating alarms

• Providing medical assistance including CPR as required

• Traffic management & vehicle escorting

• Completing accurate and thorough incident reports

To be considered for the above role you will need to be available to work across days, nights & weekends.

Requirements

• NSW Security License (Class 1A)

• Current NSW First Aid & CPR

• NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
