Wilson Security is seeking Security Officers for the Adelaide CBD with a 4 on 4 off roster and a baseline clearance. Roles include customer service, access control, and emergency response, supporting a major Defence Industry client.

On-site positions offer training, development, and employee benefits; sign-on bonus and parking available. These roles emphasize proactive problem solving, teamwork, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Must be Australian citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service and reporting skills.
• Availability to work 4 on 4 off roster.
• Willing to work in a high-security environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors and clients.
• Gallery floor patrols – Authorised officer.
• Proactively monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Conduct building patrols to report and mitigate security and safety risks.
• Identify and report hazards and building faults for rectification.
• Provide support to tenants and facilities.
• Manage contractors and deliveries through dock management.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Contractor management duties.
• Ad-hoc duties.
