Job summary

Wilson Security is hiring casual security roles across Adelaide, offering varied exposure to retail, corporate sites, mobile and static guarding with training and a customer-focused approach.

Roles require flexible availability across a 7-day roster, ability to walk/stand long periods, and experience with CCTV, access control, and reporting. Citizenship or work rights are required, with opportunities for progression and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to support and step up as required into other roles.
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously.
• Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends).
• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports.
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes).
• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods.
• Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client.
• Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk; Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification.
• Providing support to tenants and Facilities.
• Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management.
• Responding to emergency situations.
