Job summary

Wilson Security is expanding in the Northern Territory, offering full-time roles in the Darwin precinct. The positions focus on enhanced response and support for our teams and clients. A MSIC is required or eligible to apply; NT Driver's licence and First Aid/CPR are also essential, with a rotating 24/7 roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role in security
• Current and valid NT Security licence
• Current and valid NT Driver's licence
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Basic worksite traffic management or traffic controller certification (Desirable)
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Excellent computer and administration skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Proven conflict resolution experience
• Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
• Willingness to work day/night shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience within the Security Services industry
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Observe and monitor individuals' behaviour
• Respond to incidents in a calm and confident manner
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

• The ability to work in a team

• Be flexible to work across a rotating roster (7 days a week, 24/7)

• Highly safety and security focused, with the ability to think on the go
• A non-judgmental, empathetic approach to customers
• Prev experience in similar role (preferred)
