About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Potential earnings / Award Level 2

Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
• Provide a professional and approachable security presence
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
• Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
• Adhere to all site and company security protocols
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid Security Licence
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Previous security experience in customer-facing or high-risk environments will be highly regarded.
• Must be confident in responding to a wide range of incidents and security situations
• Strong security presence is essential for this role.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Physically capable, resilient, and able to effectively manage challenging situations.
• A reliable and punctual work history
