Job summary

Wilson Security is seeking a Security Officer for the CBD control room located on Collins Street. The casual role offers potential progression to full-time for the right candidate.

You will monitor alarms, operate CCTV systems, and support incident response in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates hold a Victorian security licence with control room endorsement, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Current Victorian Security Licence with control room
• Excellent communication and situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
• Strong attention to detail
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• 24-7 availability for rosters
• Full driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and CCTV in the CBD control room
• Coordinate rapid response and incident reporting

To be successful in this role, you will require:
