Amazon Leo is seeking a security-focused professional to own product and operations security for our satellite broadband initiative in Redmond, WA. You will drive threat modeling, security priorities, and secure-by-default architectures across teams, partnering with product leaders to reduce risk and protect customer data.

In this fast-paced, startup-like environment, you will mentor engineers, shape testing tools, and guide incident response.

Competenze

3+ years programming in Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++ or similar object oriented language experience.
2+ years troubleshooting systems issues, analyzing logs, or automating basic tasks using command line tools.
Bachelor's degree in STEM field, or 2+ years IT Security experience.
Knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP.
Knowledge of industry-based security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques.

Establish product-specific security bar, threat models, and security priorities across the business.
Identify design & implementation defects and provide consultation on difficult security decisions.
Collaborate with business leaders to define security priorities and measure execution.
