Job summary

Kinexus is recruiting a Data Engineer for a Canberra-based, permanent role with a major ICT managed services provider. You will help uplift defence identity management and ETL capabilities, supporting critical services in a secure environment.

With NV1/NV2 clearance, you will monitor and maintain AD/LDAP integrations, develop ETL/workflow solutions, troubleshoot data issues, and contribute to platform modernisation and operational reporting across teams.

Qualifications

• Active NV1 or NV2 clearance required.
• Experience in enterprise identity management and provisioning.
• Strong ETL, workflow automation, and SQL troubleshooting.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, VBScript, or Java workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor identity management, ETL, workflow, and directory sync for availability and health.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis of data/workflow failures.
• Manage identity lifecycles and directory synchronisation across AD/LDAP.
• Develop and maintain ETL/workflow integration solutions and troubleshoot data issues.
• Support continuity, runbooks, documentation, and operational reporting.
