Job summary

Compas PTY is seeking a Security Architect to lead security architecture across a complex government technology program, designing secure Azure solutions and supporting accreditation. The role is hybrid, primarily onsite in Canberra with up to two remote days per week after six months, subject to approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ enterprise security architecture experience in complex government or regulated environments.
• Minimum 5 years’ cloud security architecture experience, including 3 years with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of ISM, PSPF, IRAP, Zero Trust and security accreditation requirements.
• Experience integrating SOC, SIEM, DevSecOps, CI/CD and automated security controls.

Lead security architecture across a complex government technology program, designing secure Microsoft Azure solutions, supporting accreditation and integrating enterprise security capabilities. This hybrid role is primarily onsite in Canberra, with up to two remote days per week potentially negotiable after six months, subject to approval.
