Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated administrative skills and attention to detail with sensitivity to confidential data.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines under supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with discretion when dealing with stakeholders.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of PSPF and security policy frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vetting agencies, to facilitate clearance applications and maintain records.
• Provide advice on security clearance requirements in line with PSPF and department policies.
• Deliver administrative support, including inbox management, history checks, and preparation of clearance documentation.
• Assist with regular protective security reporting, broader security projects, and other tasks as directed.
