ACCIONA is delivering critical infrastructure for South Australia including projects for Defence and associated entities such as Australian Naval Infrastructure. These complex projects support national defence capability and require strict security compliance across all construction activities.

About the Opportunity

As Security Administrator, you will manage security clearance processes for all personnel on site, ensuring compliance with Defence and ACCIONA security obligations. You will maintain confidential records, implement security policies, and act as the central point of contact for security matters. This role demands strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Key Accountabilities

• Process security clearances for contractors and staff
• Liaise with personnel to monitor clearance progress
• Conduct quality checks on vetting documentation
• Maintain secure storage of sensitive data
• Implement project security policies and procedures
• Escalate security issues promptly to Security Officer

What Capability & Experience will you need to have:

• Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite including excel and Sharepoint
• Ability to engage a stakeholders across all levels
• AGSVA Baseline clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience in security compliance role would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information
