Qualifications

• Hands-on modelling for cashflow and securitisation
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel integration
• Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities (statistical methods welcome)

Responsibilities

• Build and automate cashflow models and Excel waterfalls for pipeline deals
• Analyse loan-level datasets and market data to forecast trends and inform decisions
• Create dashboards to track transaction and portfolio performance and support capital markets activity
