Job summary

SYPAQ Systems is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Victoria team, based at Port Melbourne. You will maintain and configure SYPAQ’s ICT networks, systems and security tools with a focus on secure environments.

NV2 clearance is required or following clearance path. You will work under the Head of Infrastructure within an established team and contribute to design, implementation and ongoing operations of secure infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Requires higher degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Defence or Defence Industry background desirable.
• Australian citizen with ability to hold NV2 clearance.
• Experience administering Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server/Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ICT infrastructure across Windows/Linux environments.
• Deploy and configure Nutanix HCI and BigFix.
• Manage Trellix ePO, Nessus, and Splunk Enterprise for security and monitoring.
• Develop and document cyber-security SOPs and ATO support materials.
• Implement security measures to resolve vulnerabilities and uplift controls.
