Job summary

CyberCX is seeking a Principal Consultant to design, build, and deploy secure, production-grade AI solutions for enterprise and government clients. You will advise on architecture, governance, and risk, while delivering hands-on AI architecture, MLOps, and GenAIOps services across consulting and delivery.

You will lead technical solution design during presales and client discovery, integrate AI with enterprise data platforms, and mentor consultants to expand the Secure AI service catalogue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience delivering production-grade systems in regulated environments.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure AI and GenAI infrastructure and cloud templates.
• Develop deployment workflows, patterns, and reusable blueprints.
• Architect AI platforms aligned to security, privacy, and compliance.
• Deliver hands-on AI architecture, MLOps, and GenAIOps services.
• Lead technical solution design during presales and discovery.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and systems.
• Implement secure model lifecycle management, monitoring, and controls.
• Mentor consultants and engineers through technical leadership.
• Contribute to thought leadership and Secure AI service catalogue expansion.
• Collaborate across CyberCX, foster partnerships and value delivery.
