Job summary

CyberCX is seeking a Principal Consultant to design, build, and deploy secure, production-grade AI solutions for enterprise and government clients. You will advise on architecture, governance, and risk, while delivering hands-on AI architecture, MLOps, and GenAIOps services across consulting and delivery.

You will lead technical solution design during presales and client discovery, integrate AI with enterprise data platforms, and mentor consultants to expand the Secure AI service catalogue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience delivering production-grade systems in regulated environments.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

The Principal Consultant is responsible for designing, building, and deploying secure, production grade AI solutions while also advising clients on architecture, governance, and risk.

The Principal Consultant will work across consulting and delivery—creating secure AI deployment workflows, reference architectures, and reusable blueprints, while directly building and implementing solutions for enterprise and government clients.

What You'll Do

• Design and build Secure AI and GenAI infrastructure, cloud templates and platforms to accelerate client adoption of AI agentic and AI embedded workflows
• Develop Secure AI deployment workflows, patterns, and reusable blueprints
• Architect and implement AI platforms aligned to security, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Deliver hands‑on AI architecture, MLOps, and GenAIOps services to customers
• Lead technical solution design during presales and client discovery phases
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and existing systems
• Implement secure model lifecycle management, monitoring, and controls
• Mentor consultants and engineers through technical leadership and delivery
• Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property development, and Secure AI service catalogue expansion
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships and cross‑pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
