Job summary

CyberCX is seeking a Principal Consultant to design, build, and deploy secure, production-grade AI solutions for enterprise and government clients. You will advise on architecture, governance, and risk while delivering secure AI workflows, reference architectures, and reusable blueprints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of secure AI architectures and deployment patterns.
• Experience delivering production-grade systems in regulated environments.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure AI and GenAI infrastructure, cloud templates and platforms to accelerate client adoption of AI agentic workflows.
• Develop secure AI deployment workflows, patterns, and reusable blueprints.
• Architect and implement AI platforms aligned to security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver hands-on AI architecture, MLOps, and GenAIOps services to customers.
• Lead technical solution design during presales and client discovery phases.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and existing systems.
• Implement secure model lifecycle management, monitoring, and controls.
• Mentor consultants and engineers through technical leadership and delivery.
• Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property development, and Secure AI service catalogue expansion.
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value.
