Job summary

Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney is seeking a diligent Section Waiter to join our premium dining team on a part‑time basis. You will deliver a polished guest experience during dinner services, with a focus on presentation, hospitality, and attention to detail.

The role requires RSA certification and availability for at least 20 hours per week including Friday and Saturday evenings. Join Hunter Street Hospitality and contribute to a world‑class dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Section Waiter in a premium/hatted setting.
• Proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and presentation.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate for this unique role will possess:

• Previous experience in a Section Waiterrole in a premium/hatted setting
• Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week including Friday & Saturday dinner services
• Holds a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
