Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney, part of Hunter Street Hospitality, seeks experienced Section Waiters and Food Runners to join our Sydney team. In a fast-paced, premium dining environment you will deliver exceptional guest experiences and work with a passionate team. We value pride in service, strong communication, and teamwork.

Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings is preferred. NSW RSA certification is required to work in NSW venues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a premium restaurant environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a polished, professional approach.
• Confidence working in a busy service environment while maintaining high standards.
• A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
• Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
• A current NSW RSA Certificate.
