Job summary

Firedoor is seeking a Section Waiter in Sydney for a permanent full-time role, offering AU$80,000 per year plus super. The environment is a renowned fine-dining operation in Surry Hills, with opportunities for growth within the Firedoor Group.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fine dining, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to manage multiple plates confidently. Applicants must have Australian working rights and be available for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining environment.
• Ability to confidently carry 3 plates and communicate well with guests.
• Have full Australian working rights.
• Available to work nights and weekends (closed Sundays and Mondays).

What we are looking for

2+ years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining environment. Ability to confidentially carry 3 plates, strong communication skill - enthusiastic about customer service and talking to guests! Passionate about food, wine and cocktails.

Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. A team player - invested in seeing yourself and your team succeed and grow. Have full Australian working rights.

Available to work nights and weekends (closed every Sunday and Monday)
