Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking capable Store Leaders to support the Store Manager by handling admin, compliance, rostering and back-office tasks for a smooth-running store. You will lead departments, build strong teams and ensure excellent customer experiences in a fresh-food environment.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering quality, value, and community-focused service. This is a full-time role in a busy NSW store.

Qualifications

We are currently searching for our next superstar Store Leaders!

You support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance for the store. You roster most departments, keep the back-office ticking, and make sure the store runs smoothly so your Store Manager can lead from the front. You're the person everyone comes to when something needs sorting.

About you

We are looking for someone who loves food, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business.Additionally, we are looking for someone with:

• Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded)
• Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front
• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement
• Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities
• Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement
