Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking a Store Leader to support the Store Manager and oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced fresh-food environment. You will roster departments, manage back-office tasks, and ensure the store runs smoothly so the Store Manager can lead from the front.

You will drive sales, ensure compliance with WHS and food safety standards, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role rewards hands-on leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded).
• Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front.
• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement.
• Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities.
• Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement.

We are currently searching for our next superstar Store Leaders!

You support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance for the store. You roster most departments, keep the back-office ticking, and make sure the store runs smoothly so your Store Manager can lead from the front. You're the person everyone comes to when something needs sorting.
