Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking Store Leaders to help run high-performing teams in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment. You will support the Store Manager by owning admin and compliance, rostering departments, and keeping the back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring experience in retail leadership, a customer-focused, hands-on approach, strong communication, and the ability to manage performance and priorities while maintaining safety and presentation standards.

We are currently searching for our next superstar Store Leaders!

You support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance for the store. You roster most departments, keep the back-office ticking, and make sure the store runs smoothly so your Store Manager can lead from the front. You're the person everyone comes to when something needs sorting.

Responsibilities

About you

We are looking for someone who loves food, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business.Additionally, we are looking for someone with:

• Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded)
• Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front
• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement
• Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities
• Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement
