Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a hands-on SOC delivery professional in APAC to own customer engagements end-to-end, from maturity assessments to SIEM/SOAR migrations. You will design detections, tune rules, and mentor analysts while coordinating multiple stakeholder groups across the APAC region.

The role emphasizes practical delivery, clear business outcomes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced security modernization program.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in SOC operations, security engineering, or detection engineering.
• Delivery-focused or senior practitioner experience preferred.
• Experience designing and tuning detection rules in at least one SIEM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC maturity assessments with workshops and benchmarks.
• Own detection engineering delivery from gap analysis to rule tuning.
• Manage log ingestion, data quality programs, and retention policies.
• Run SIEM/SOAR migrations end-to-end using Modernisation Factory methodology.
• Act as primary delivery contact, manage stakeholders and milestones.
• Mentor Senior Analysts and contribute to playbooks.
• Lead data pipeline deployments across platforms like Bindplane.
